In short: a good option if you want a ready-to-use PC, but building your own is still cheaper for the same parts.

Memory PC (Memory PC GmbH, based in Zetel, Germany) sells pre-built and configurable gaming PCs. You pick your parts in the configurator; they assemble, test and ship it.

According to the official FAQ, every PC goes through a full stress test (CPU, graphics card, memory, storage) before shipping. The shop delivers to Germany and several neighboring countries (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria and Denmark), with a flat shipping fee per order.

On Trustpilot, the memorypc.de profile shows 4.1/5 from 4,858 reviews (checked October 14, 2026; profile claimed since December 2019). Trustpilot’s automatic summary of recent reviews highlights build quality, careful packaging and fast delivery.

Keep in mind that Trustpilot does not verify the facts described in reviews, and the score is lower than the one we quoted in 2025. Negative reviews mostly concern delays when an order runs late and the handling of some returns.

The lead time shown on each offer is the number of working days needed to hand your order to the carrier. Memory PC’s own example: “in stock, ready for dispatch in 4-7 working days.” Assembly starts once payment is received. Shipping time comes on top of that.

Memory PC admits in its FAQ that this time can sometimes be exceeded. If you have a hard deadline (a gift, an event), order with some margin.

• 24-month warranty on Memory PC systems, extendable to 36 months on request, valid Europe-wide, on top of your statutory rights.
• Free advance replacement: if a part is faulty, they send the replacement first, then you return the old part free of charge.
• If the problem can’t be found remotely, free return of the PC for diagnosis, with a label sent by email.
• You can open your PC (for an upgrade, for example) without losing the warranty, as long as the work is done properly and without damage.
• Exclusions: overclocking, software errors, damage caused by repairs by the customer or a third party.
• Phone support Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm (in German or English), plus email, contact form and social media.
