That's a fine build. I'm assuming you meant 1850€ as the budget instead of the 850€ you wrote. If so, this GPU change is a big improvement that fits that budget. Just make sure that 1TB is enough for the projects you want to do, as demand can greatly increase depending on how much footage or 3D assets you intend to store.
