Yes with some caveats. CPU upgrades will be limited to the older Ryzen 5000 series since that's what's compatible with this AM4 motherboard. If wanting to go beyond those CPUs, you will need to replace the motherboard with an AM5 one AND the RAM for DDR5 sticks, seeing as DDR4 is only compatible with AM4 systems. The GPU upgrade will also be limited to the power supply's wattage, so 650W can handle up to an RTX 5070 or an RX 9070. Further than that requires a higher wattage power supply.
